Description
Turn support into action.
3-Hour Workshop | $75 per person | Perth | Take-Home Resources | Certificate of Attendance
A plan should do more than sit in a file
A good student support plan should make it easier for everyone around a student to understand what matters, what they’re working towards and what support is actually going to happen.
Too often, plans become long documents full of good intentions that are difficult to use in a busy classroom. This workshop focuses on making them practical, meaningful and genuinely student-centred.
From concern to a clear goal
We’ll look at how to identify priorities, set achievable goals and connect strategies to the outcome you actually want to see.
We’ll also explore collaboration with students, families and colleagues, using available resources, documenting support clearly and knowing when another service or referral pathway may need to be involved.
Review what’s working. And what isn’t
Support planning is not a one-off exercise. Students change, environments change and strategies that worked six months ago may not be the right fit now.
You’ll leave with a clearer process for planning, documenting and reviewing support so the plan remains useful and the student’s progress stays at the centre of the conversation.
